Day 352 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Books aren’t just for reading. They can be used for stepping stools, furniture props, fuel for a fire, or for balancing on your head.
Day 352: Balance a book on your head.
Most of us can already balance a large book on our heads. That’s not all you should try today. Once you have the sitting down or standing up and balancing a book down; practice walking, crouching, and other basic movement. Need to do a simple task? Make sure you are doing it with a book on your head. Now this is is no easy thing to do, and if by chance you master one book then try two.
