Day 195 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Routine is an important part of everyone’s life. Get rid of the routine though and what happens?

Day 195: Change your daily routine
Do you start your morning by hitting the snooze button? Then get up when the alarm goes off. Do you brush your teeth before or after you eat breakfast? Do you eat breakfast? If you exercise first thing in the AM exercise later at night. Mix up your daily tasks and the order you do them. It may be very confusing at first but it can add a lot of interest to your day. Who knows doing something in the wrong order may just be a pleasant surprise.

When we get stuck in a daily routine we forget ourselves. We lose the moment and are no longer present. By rearranging your day you bring yourself to terms with your daily activities and you might just remember where you put those keys.
