Day 298 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Addiction is a necessity that is often confused with dedication and determination.

Day 298: Develop an addiction
It’s not an easy thing to give up something you are addicted to but how hard is it to get addicted to something? Pick something relatively harmless to get addicted to such as a particular beverage, a collection of some sort, a food. Try and stay away from genuinely addictive substances. If you can become addicted with sheer will then unless their is a biological or chemical component to addiction you can easily un-addict yourself.
