Before I begin with day fifty seven, I must defer you to our Terms and Conditions .
Every now and then it helps to remember who we were versus who we are now. Sometimes it can be painful to recall lost memories, but sometimes it is a pleasant experience.
Day 57: Dig up your past
Recall the past, get out old photos, mementos, anything that may jog your memory. Nothing helps us remember what our purpose is more than remembering why we started something.
Digging up the past can provide us with a great way to resolve past issues as well as learn about how we became what we are today. Many of us only focus on the past few months and forget that once upon a time we were children. We have a whole brain full of memories but we never recall them unless something triggers it. So be the trigger and remember your past.
