Draw a still life | Day 304
15 May 08Day 304 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Most people aren’t born with “gifts”, they are cultivated over time.
Day 304: draw a still life
Setup an interesting collection of objects on a table. They can be anything. Toys, flowers, etc., you may have the best luck with natural items such as sticks, flowers, and rocks. Get a pencil and paper and draw the still life you have set up. Draw at least three pictures of the scene. You don’t have to be an artist to draw, but you can certainly become one with enough practice and patience.
