Face your fears | Day 226
7 February 08Day 226 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Day 226: Face your fears
It is never easy to come to terms with one’s fears or worries. Pick one thing that has always bothered you.Perhaps you are afraid of failure, of airplanes, of small turtles. Whatever your fear is today is the day you will face it. Start by taking the time to reflect upon why you are afraid. What is the worst thing that may happen? Face your fear and remain consciously aware of what you feel and why. As long as you are aware it will be easier to control.
