Day 111: Get in a fight
It sounds simple enough get in a fight. The participant you fight with should be willing. Take the fight to any degree you feel is needed. A few good punches and kicks may be more than adequate for some people.
An all out brawl may be better for others. In a fight you learn a few things about yourself. You learn exactly how good your reaction time is, what is your tolerance to pain, how much abuse the body can truly take before exhaustion. You need not test all of these, merely get a concept of what your body is capable of. When you feel you have had enough stop.
