Go for a walk | Day 64
24 August 07Day 64 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Walking can be very relaxing as well as beneficial. Today most transportation is done via automobile and on occasion bicycle. Very rarely do people walk to get to a destination.
Day 64: Go for a walk
Go outside and start walking. Walk at least a mile, the longer the better. After a while you may find yourself in a rhythm and your legs and feet seemingly moving of their own accord. Walking is an excellent cardiovascular exercise as well as a great way to relieve stress. After a long walk not only will you feel better but you may be ready for a nap.
