Day 79 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Encountering spirits or demons or ghosts is a peculiar thing. It is peculiar because you have no way of discerning whether your mind is creating a “disturbance”. Most of today’s “Ghost Detecting” tools and equipment are barely on the line of pseudo science. Despite this though with or without tools you are going on a hunt.

Day 79: Go on a ghost hunt
You can do some research to find “haunted” places in your area or you can pick a nearby facility. You will need to bring a flashlight because you are going at night. If you don’t believe in ghosts then have a fun night exploring, for those that do you may find yourselves in for a surprise.

There are some people that believe if a soul has not been put to rest, or was murdered etc. It can come back from the dead and haunt the living. There are others who believe that there is no such thing as returned spirits they are only demons playing games. Still there are others that believe all paranormal phenomena is subject to psychological stimulus. Which of these it is I will leave up to you.
