Day 299 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Rationing can be related to almost anything, it is not the what that is rationed but rather the how that that matters.

Day 299: Learn to ration
Earlier you were asked to start a budget. This is a beginning to rationing your resources. What else can you ration though? Time, food, luxuries, water, sleep, almost anything can be rationed. Pick one thing today and learn to ration and use it wisely. This is not only an excellent lesson in self control but teaches things about our own natures and tolerances.
