Day 26: Meditate at a gravestone
In earlier once a day tasks, you were asked to learn the history of someone’s past . In another you were asked to wander the cemetery at night . Now go back to that cemetery and either go back to grave of the person you researched or follow your got and stop at a random grave.
When you find a grave or tomb you are attracted to; kneel before the stone and asked the deceased if you may sit for a moment with them. Thank them, and seat yourself in a meditative posture. You can use any simple technique; but you must be touching the stone of the chosen grave. Now slowly breathe with your eyes closed and become receptive to the energy around you. Repeat their name in your head.
You may start to get pictures, or a voice in your head. Feel free to converse with the voice. After you have had enough thank the resting soul there for there time. Bow respectively and leave. You my also want to leave a thank you present behind such as flowers or a trinket.
