“The value of compassion cannot be over-emphasized. Anyone can criticize. It takes a true believer to be compassionate. No greater burden can be borne by an individual than to know no one cares or understands.” ~Arthur H. Stainback
Day 70: Perform an act of compassion Go out of your way to help someone who is need. The need can be as simple as finding a lost item or as benevolent as buying someone a meal. One of the most compassionate things some one can do is to spend time with someone. If you have ever been to an elderly home and spent some time with the folks there who have no next of kin, you will understand what I mean. Loneliness is perhaps the most natural and cruel isolation a human can ever experience. An true act of compassion will alleviate that burden and lift up both your hearts.
