Question yourself | Day 56

Day 56 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

As we get older we get more and more consumed by our daily routines and habits. Eventually these routines and habits become near impossible to change.

Day 56: Question yourself
Spend the day questioning your actions and why you do what you do. Try and pay attention to any nervous habits you may have such as biting finger nails. If you do this enough through out the day you may find there are several things you like about yourself as well as several things you’d like to change.

By observing and questioning our own actions we become more aware of our selves and our surroundings. This gives us more opportunity to not only effect change in ourselves but to eventually help others.
