Memory is subjective. All it takes is a suggestion to bring detail out of vague illusory concepts.
Day 306: Remember the past
Spend at least an hour today trying to recall your earliest memory. When you feel you know what it is write down every detail of it. Be as specific as you can, and as descriptive as you can. Is it a good memory, bad, perhaps random. Whatever it is make a record of it. Try to recall how you felt at the time too. The more you can recall the better your chances of remembering an even earlier memory. Continue this process until you feel you have found your earliest memory.
