Day 65 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Martial Arts are more than just learning how to fight and kick someone’s ass. It is about self-discipline and having the ability to turn down a fight even when you can win.

Day 65: Sign up for Martial Arts
Sign up for taekwondo, kung fu, aikido, jiu jitsu, boxing, judo, any thing you can find a teacher for. When you learn and complete the basics you may continue or quit. As long as you learn the basics you are off to a good start. Martial Arts can also be a relaxing way to exercise, as well as a form of tai chi type meditation when you practice.
