This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.
Before I begin with day twenty three, I must defer you to our Terms and Conditions .

“If the Stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore; and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God which had been shown! But every night come out these envoys of beauty, and light the universe with their admonishing smile.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
Day 23: Spend a night under the stars
Go outside find a comfortable spot and lay down. Look up at the stars and realize that the stars in the sky were the same ones when the Egyptians built their empire. Remember they are the same stars when China was building the great wall. The stars above have been witness to everything we once had or knew.
You can stay out all night below the stars or just a few hours, but the key is to realize how insignificant everything really is. Look at the stars and forget your problems, forget the world’s problems and enamor at the great lights above.
