Take a nap | Day 118
19 October 07Day 118 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Day 118: Take a Nap
After lunch if you can, lay down and take a nap. It doesn’t have to be a long nap only 20 minutes or so. Napping is a great way to escape from the day’s turmoil and get yourself re situated. It is a natural way more or less of wiping the slate clean. Napping is different than meditation in that you are not conscious while you nap; but you are conscious during meditation.
