Day 21: Take the day off
Sometimes we just need to take a day away from it all. Call out of work, skip class, do whatever you need to so you can have a day off. Take a break, relax, do something you have always wanted but never had time for.
Is it a nice day? Then do the cliche thing and go to the beach. Is it rainy, read a book, or watch an entire television series. It doesn’t matter what you do with the time. What matters is that you took the initiative to have time. Enjoy it while you have it and when people ask where you were, just tell them you were busy praying to the porcelain gods.
