Try some new foods | Day 87
17 September 07Day 87 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

The planet is about 24859.82 miles in circumference and all around it different people and cultures have developed. With each culture unique foods and food styles have developed. Each one varying in taste, texture, and ingredients.
Day 87: Try some new foods
Pick a type of world cuisine you have never had before and try it out. Some of you may have never had sushi, Cajun, Italian, Indian, French, Thai, Greek, South African, or anything else you can think of. You may not like the first bite or even the second but one thing is for sure at least you tried something new.
It took me several tries before I acquired a taste for sushi, but I love it now. Trying different world cuisines is more than finding foods you like. It is exposing yourself to different cultures and realizing how unique and wonderful they can be.
