Day 60 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.
Before I begin with day sixty, I must defer you to our Terms and Conditions .
“Everyone can be great because anyone can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t even have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve… You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by
love…” ~ Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr
Day 60: Volunteer for community service
Volunteer for community service. Service doesn’t need to be limited to local soup kitchens, or helping to build a house with habitat for humanity. It could also mean getting a trash bag and picking up garbage on the side of the road. It could mean volunteering at a local non-profit. Maybe some one needs filing done or hiking trails groomed.
