3 January 08Day 191 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Day 191: Volunteer for meals on wheels
In many countries the elderly are revered and respected. In the U.S. they are discarded and forgotten. These are people that should be listened to and respected. They have gone through so much in their lives yet they are ignored.
Volunteering for meals on wheels gives on the opportunity to not only connect with these people but also to provide a much needed freshly prepared meal. There are a variety of things one may do for them. To find out more on meals on wheels visit their site
