Day 257 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

Day 257: Walk 5 miles
Take a walk in a park, city, or on some trails. Walk 5 miles. You can walk 2.5 one way then 2.5 on the way back. Or if you may choose to walk 5 miles one way and take public transportation back. The choice is yours. Walking is not only a great exercise but it gives you opportunity to witness things you normally wouldn’t see. As well as offering the opportunity to do some thinking or listening to music.
