Day 53 of 365 new ways to a new you. Congratulations, you have made it this far. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for tomorrow? This is part of a series that is going to span 365 days. Some things will be subtle other activities will be more involved. At the end of the 365 days even if you do only 20 of these things you will be a new person, for better or for worse.

A study showed that of those people who write down their goals, they became more successful than those who do not. Now what you measure as success is up to you. If it is completion of your goals then yes that is success.

Day 53: Write down a list of goals
Get your pen and pad and write down a list of things you hope to achieve. Where do you want to live? Do you want to go on a trip? Is there a certain level of spiritual advancement you seek? Maybe you want more money. Whatever your goal is write it down. After you are done put the list away and don’t look at it.

Every list of realistic goals I have ever written, has been fulfilled. This does not guarantee the same for you; but so long as you are realistic and actually take a modicum of action to achieve them you will.
